HENS DAY PACKAGES

The Show Off

Package

$199 pp

If you’ve got a group of 10 or more and are looking for the ultimate Hens day out, the Show Off is for you.  Start with Two Races on our Superkarts – we’ll give you exclusive use of the Lakeside track, and when you’re done, keep the adrenaline pumping with a 30 minute VR gaming session, and finally two games of lasertag.  Awesome fun!  

We’ll organise a reserved area in the sports bar, with Burgers & a pot for everyone.  Plus we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly, with a dedicated host & trophies.

The Hang Out

Package

$139 pp

If you’re coming with a smaller Hens crew, the Hang Out might be the package you are looking for – no minimum numbers are required to book, and a maximum of 8 people.  Start with a15 lap race in Victoria’s fastest Go Karts around the Penrite track, and then follow up with 30 minutes of mind-bending VR gaming, 18 holes of mini Golf in the wonderland that is King Tutts Putt Putt, and an hr of gaming in Arcadia.

All Race packages require a minimum booking of 10 people or more.  Included in your package are exclusive hire of the Lakeside Track during your races, trophies for the winners, podium presentation and dedicated host.

Stay On After Your Race

Our Sports Bar serves up tasty food, perfect for sharing or your own meals. Check out our menu for crowd favourites like Loaded Fries, Pizza, Fried Chicken and Burgers. All are served with a smile and your choice of drinks from our licenced bar.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes! 

We cannot be a hub of entertainment without making safety our number one priority. 

Our different tracks and Go Karts are age appropriate. Every driver receives a safety briefing prior to their race, where a Track Marshall will ask questions to ensure comprehension. All races are actively supervised by our Track Marshalls.

Yes, all Go Karting and Zero Latency guests must sign a waiver prior to participating. If they are under 18, a parent/guardian is required to do this on their behalf. Unique pre-registration links are included in your confirmation email. The pre-registration link includes the waiver. It is best to complete this prior to arriving, to avoid missing your activity. 

For our Super Karts, drivers must be 18+ or 16+ with a valid Learner’s Permit. The Learner’s Permit must be brought and sighted on the day. All other drivers (over 18), must present photo ID on the day.

Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, anyone with epilepsy cannot participate in any of our activities.

Absolutely! Everyone has to start somewhere and our tracks are perfect for beginners and experienced drivers alike. Contact our reservations team on (03) 8787 8741 prior to booking, if you have any questions or concerns about first-time drivers.

Yes! We have platters available for parents or as additional catering. Call us on 8787 8741 to enquire further.

If you would like to order a platter, make sure you mention it to our friendly reservations team when booking in. Platters cannot be ordered less than 7 days prior to the event.

Unfortunately, LeMans is a non-BYO venue. We have food available at the venue to ensure your group is refuelled during your event!

The only external food allowed is a cake. 

Yes! We cater for most dietary requirements. For the comprehensive list of alternatives, please contact the reservations team on (03) 8787 8741

All catering is to be finalised one week prior to the event. This includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea anything else you may want to have on the day.

Most food can be ordered on the day; however, this is subject to wait times. For hosted packages, it is recommended that you pre-order food for a smoother event!

The deposit amount varies depending on the package selected. To see what deposit is required for your event, please contact the team on (03) 8787 8741.

Unfortunately, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the event. Providing at least 7 day’s notice is given, the deposit will transfer with the booking. Unfortunately, no compensation can be given for bookings that have not given 7 days’ notice.

This depends on the activity.

For Go Karting, unfortunately, all guests must meet age and height requirements.

For other activities, please contact us on 8787 8741 to discuss with our friendly reservations team. They can advise on what would be most suitable.

If you have more people, it’s no problem! Your group will be split into even groups. Every group is different, typically the group will spend the rest of the party together (they’ll even be briefed together).

If your guests are participating in Go Karting or Virtual Reality, please ensure they fill out the pre-registration link. This unique link can be found on your confirmation email. This is a waiver form which must be filled out prior to the event. Please ensure you distribute it as it can be very timely and stressful to complete on the day.

Our standard opening hours are Wednesday through Sunday. During school holidays, public holidays, December and January, we open on Monday and Tuesday. We are closed Christmas Day. 

Of course! The more the merrier! Anyone is welcome to attend on the day and spectate (they may find themselves itching to get out there and join in too!)

There is no cost for spectators to attend the venue.

We know how hard organising can be!

In the event of no shows, we can provide a credit providing the minimum numbers are met and 24 hours notice is given. 

Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable.

Yes! Tabs can be organised on the day for food and/or beverages (ie. coffee). To set-up a tab on the day, we require a credit/debit card and photo ID ie. Driver’s License. 

Each activity is different. When booking in, our Reservations Team will explain everything required on the day!

Yes – Le Mans is situated on 23 acres and we have lots of free car and bus parking available for even the largest group.

Our meeting spaces are equipped with screens and projectors.  There is also wi-fi available, whiteboards, and flexible room configurations to make your event a success.
