23 Acre Entertainment Complex
Located in Dandenong South, our 23 acre entertainment complex was designed to create an entertainment hub, where it’s easy to come and have a great time and experience the thrill of high energy activities.
Onsite you’ll discover three Go Karts tracks, a two storey, three level LaserZone arena with state of the art equipment, as well as Australia’s most advanced, free roaming virtual reality gaming experience from Zero Latency.
Three Outdoor Go Kart Tracks
Everyone knows we have the fastest Go Karts, but did you know our tracks our fast too? Racing on our fully outdoor, all weather tracks, you’ll love the speed and technical turns of the tracks. Plus they are fully floodlit, so we can offer year round night racing.
Indoor, Air Conditioned Activity Spaces
If you are chasing indoor activities with the comfort of air conditioning, check out Laserzone and our VR Gaming Arena. These are both high energy, great fun activities, whether you’re 7, 17 or 70.
Free Parking Onsite
We want your day at Le Mans to be all about the fun, so there is loads of free car parking available, plus there is even room for bus parking.
Training Rooms Available
We have a dedicated training room complete with wi-fi, projector, screen, whiteboards, comfortably seating 6 to 20 depending on the configuration. For larger groups we have three flexible, large open plan areas, with audio, screens and projection options. Don’t pay extra for room hire when you’re organising an event, at Le Mans we include it for free when you make a group activity booking.

We’ve made sure that Le Mans has accessibility built in. From the lift at the entrance up to the main foyer; through to our Laserzone being designed with ramps; right through to the option of a double kart on the Tracks, we aim to make the fun and thrills of Le Mans available to everyone.
