FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Every game is available at all time slots. We can only play one game at a time, so we operate on first in best dressed. If some selects Outbreak for 6:30pm, then that is the only game available at 6:30pm. 

The game time lasts 30 minutes. However, the entire experience (including registration, briefing etc) will last between 1 – 1.25 hours.

If you book online, the time you select is your arrival time. If you book over the phone, our Reservations Team will confirm your arrival time. 

There is a capacity of 8 people in each game. If you have more than 8 people, you will be split into multiple groups. If you are not playing, it can be quite funny watching everyone trying to shoot robots or zombies or pirates!

Each game has different recommended ages. 

Singularity accommodates guests from 10 years and older. The other games have higher age requirements. Please browse through our games for full age requirements.
