Le Mans Driver Academy
What professional drivers have to say about our driver academy
Training Tomorrow’s Champion
Le Mans Driver Academy is our structured junior training program for drivers aged 8 and up who want to learn how to drive properly, build real racecraft and develop confidence behind the wheel.
Through expert coaching, progressive skill development and extensive on-track time, drivers focus on the fundamentals that matter most: braking technique, racing lines, kart control, consistency and smart decision-making under pressure. Sessions combine theory and practical drills so every lap has purpose and every week delivers measurable improvement.
Whether a driver is stepping into structured training for the first time or sharpening their competitive edge, Driver Academy is where serious development begins.
WHY THE ACADEMY WORKS
Driver Academy is built around how real drivers improve: structured coaching, repetition with purpose and clear progression over time.
Sessions are carefully planned so drivers are not just circulating the track but working on specific techniques each week, from braking points and corner entry to overtaking decisions and race awareness. Instructors provide constant feedback, helping drivers understand what the kart is doing and how to adapt their driving to become faster, smoother and more consistent.
Just as importantly, the Academy creates the right environment for learning. Purpose-built junior circuits, age-appropriate equipment and close supervision allow drivers to push themselves safely while developing confidence and composure under pressure. The result is measurable improvement on track and a mindset built on preparation, focus and respect for others, the same qualities that underpin successful drivers at every level.

MEET THE COACHES
Le Mans Driver Academy is led by coaches with backgrounds across professional karting and open-wheel racing. Our team includes competitors from Formula Regional and Formula Open championships, national karting title-holders and drivers who have trained through international driver development programs, including Ferrari Driver Academy environments.
That experience shapes how the Academy operates day to day. Coaching focuses on braking technique, race strategy, consistency, mindset and preparation, with training methods drawn from competitive racing environments. Drivers benefit from instructors who understand performance pathways first-hand and apply that knowledge in structured, practical sessions on track.
THE DRIVER COMMUNITY
Driver Academy is more than just training sessions. It is a growing community of young racers and families who return term after term.
Drivers support each other on track, build friendships off it and learn the value of sportsmanship and respect. Parents see confidence grow, skills sharpen and a love of motorsport take hold in a positive, encouraging environment.
