Catering

Just like we can design an activity package customised to your needs, we can put together catering options for your group – just call Customer Service on 03 8787 8741 to discuss.

We sure can.  Give us a call to discuss just what you need and we’ll do our best to make it happen.  Please note for some catering options, minimum numbers apply.

Unfortunately we don’t allow food to be brought in from outside.  The only exceptions are for Birthday Cakes and Lolly Bags.

Absolutely you can bring along your favourite cake.  We’ll supply you with a cake box including a knife, matches, and serviettes to make it easy.

Adult Birthdays

Yes! 

We cannot be a hub of entertainment without making safety our number one priority. 

Our different tracks and Go Karts are age appropriate. Every driver receives a safety briefing prior to their race, where a Track Marshall will ask questions to ensure comprehension. All races are actively supervised by our Track Marshalls.

Yes, all Go Karting and Zero Latency guests must sign a waiver prior to participating. If they are under 18, a parent/guardian is required to do this on their behalf. Unique pre-registration links are included in your confirmation email. The pre-registration link includes the waiver. It is best to complete this prior to arriving, to avoid missing your activity. 

For our Super Karts, drivers must be 18+ or 16+ with a valid Learner’s Permit. The Learner’s Permit must be brought and sighted on the day. All other drivers (over 18), must present photo ID on the day.

Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, anyone with epilepsy cannot participate in any of our activities.

Yes! We have platters available for parents or as additional catering. Call us on 8787 8741 to enquire further.

If you would like to order a platter, make sure you mention it to our friendly reservations team when booking in. Platters cannot be ordered less than 7 days prior to the event.

Unfortunately, LeMans is a non-BYO venue. We have food available at the venue to ensure your group is refuelled during your event!

The only external food allowed is a cake.

All catering is to be finalised one week prior to the event. This includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea anything else you may want to have on the day.

The deposit amount varies depending on the package selected. To see what deposit is required for your event, please contact the team on (03) 8787 8741.

Unfortunately, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the event. Providing at least 7 day’s notice is given, the deposit will transfer with the booking. Unfortunately, no compensation can be given for bookings that have not given 7 days’ notice.

If your guests are participating in Go Karting or Virtual Reality, please ensure they fill out the pre-registration link. This unique link can be found on your confirmation email. This is a waiver form which must be filled out prior to the event. Please ensure you distribute it as it can be very timely and stressful to complete on the day.

Our standard opening hours are Wednesday through Sunday. During school holidays, public holidays, December and January, we open on Monday and Tuesday. We are closed Christmas Day. 

Of course! The more the merrier! Anyone is welcome to attend on the day and spectate (they may find themselves itching to get out there and join in too!)

There is no cost for spectators to attend the venue.

We know how hard organising can be!

In the event of no shows, we can provide a credit providing the minimum numbers are met and 24 hours notice is given. 

Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable.

Yes! Tabs can be organised on the day for food and/or beverages (ie. coffee). To set-up a tab on the day, we require a credit/debit card and photo ID ie. Driver’s License.

Yes – Le Mans is situated on 23 acres and we have lots of free car and bus parking available for even the largest group.

Our meeting spaces are equipped with screens and projectors.  There is also wi-fi available, whiteboards, and flexible room configurations to make your event a success.

Exclusive hire for Go Karting! Some exceptions apply ie. if there’s someone who’s a little too young and is driving on a different track to the main party, they’ll be driving with other kids (it’s always fun to race against someone else). If you’re not sure, please ask your reservations consultant at the time of booking!

Lasertag
Exclusive hire for group sizes of 12 or more if booked at the time of booking. If numbers increase to 12, after booking we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

For group sizes less than 12 people, you could be competing against another intergalactic group!

Mini Golf
Each hole has only your group. Mini Golf is quite big so it is likely other groups will be playing ahead and behind of you.

Virtual Reality
No exclusivity for Virtual Reality. The capacity for the arena is 8 people, so if you want exclusivity, be sure to book multiples of 8.

If your guests are participating in Go Karting or Virtual Reality, please ensure they fill out the pre-registration link. This unique link can be found on your confirmation email. This is a waiver form which must be filled out prior to the event. Please ensure you distribute it to the guest’s parents to fill out. It can be very timely and stressful to complete on the day. To avoid this, your preparation would be greatly appreciated.

An 8-person deposit is required at the time of booking (or 10-person deposit for Go Karting Kids parties). Final numbers and the remaining balance is due one week prior to the event.

We require all kids under 18 to have a responsible parent or guardian present. The party organiser can be the responsible parent/guardian on the day if they are staying.

Guests’ parents are more than welcome to stay if they like; however, they don’t have to if the party organiser is there.

Depending on the package selected, you will either have a dedicated host or a staff member in the activity ie. Lasertag assisting with the event and organising catering ect. Our Kids Parties are designed to be stress-free and have very little parent/guardian responsibility on the day!

Mini Golf

Our Mini Golf Course is 18 Holes!

You’ll get to play all 18 holes on our course, and experience both sides of our course! Your adventure begins with 9 holes set in ancient Egypt among the Pharaohs, followed by 9 more in a prehistoric world filled with Jurassic dinosaurs around every corner.

Yes, all 18 holes are in indoors. Enjoy a climate controlled experience at Melbourne’s best indoor Mini Golf!

Completion time can vary depending on your group size and pace, but most guests take around 45 minutes to finish all 18 holes of our mini golf course.

There’s loads to do at Le Mans Entertainment! We have Go Karts suitable from 4 years old, plus for the adults, we are home to Victoria’s fastest Super Karts. Our Go Karts run on 4 different tracks.

If Go Karts aren’t your speed, we have our Star Wars-themed Lasertag, Zero Latency Virtual Reality and Arcadia!

Please ensure all guests wear enclosed toe shoes.

Our Mini Golf course is designed to be fun for all ages! While most guests love the themed experience, some younger children might find the moving animatronics—like mummies and dinosaurs—a little spooky. It really depends on the individual.

Mini golf is fun for all ages and recommended for guests aged 4 and up. Children under 4 are more than welcome to join in, explore the course, and enjoy the experience alongside family and friends for free!

Our Mini Golf Course is not entirely wheelchair friendly. The second half of the course (the Jurassic-themed 9 holes) have been extended to accommodate wheelchairs, however, please note there are risers which can affect manoeuvrability. We welcome kids from 6+ years of age to play in Laserzone.

Our arena uses strobe, lasers and theatrical smoke

For safety reasons customers who are pregnant or with pre-existing injuries will be unable to play.

Minimum numbers for exclusive hire of Laser Arena 20 people. This excludes promos such as Supersession or Hall Pass.

Absolutely! There are no minimum numbers for Lasertag. You can book for as many or as few people as you like.

zero latency virtual reality

All our Virtual reality experiences have different age recommendations. Please refer to the age recommendations below:


Outbreak is recommended for ages 12+.
Space Marine VR is recommended for ages 12+.
Space Marine VR Threat: Lethal is recommended for ages 12+.
Far Cry VR is recommended for ages 15+.
Singularity is recommended for ages 10+
Undead Arena is recommended for ages 12+
Sol Raiders is recommended for ages 12+
Engineerium is recommended for ages 8+

Yes! Our VR headsets are designed to fit most standard-sized glasses, so you can play comfortably. However, larger frames may not fit properly. We recommend booking a Virtual Reality session and trying it out in person—you might even find that you prefer playing without your glasses.

The full VR experience takes approximately 1 hour, including arrival, registration, a briefing, and a short debrief at the end. The in-game VR portion itself lasts for 30 minutes.

Virtual Reality, or VR, is a fully immersive experience that places you inside a simulated 3D environment with enemies—whether it’s realistic or entirely out of this world, is depending on your game choice. Using a VR headset and a VR gun, you’ll be able to interact with your surroundings and face off against virtual enemies in a truly engaging, hands-on, 3D interactive, fully immersive experience.

When booking VR, all games are available at every time slot—but only one game can be played per session. It works on a “first in, best dressed” basis, meaning the first person to book a session chooses the game (e.g., Outbreak), and anyone else joining that session will play the same game.

Virtual Reality may not be suitable for everyone. Guests with certain conditions—such as pre-existing injuries, pregnancy, mobility challenges, or heart conditions, might be unable to participate. If you’re unsure about your suitability, please contact our reservations team at (03) 8787 8741.

When booking Zero Latency Virtual Reality (VR), the time you select is your scheduled Virtual Reality (VR) arrival time. Please arrive promptly at that time to ensure you can enjoy the full experience.

The main difference is Zero Latency Virtual Reality (VR) offers large-scale, free-roam experiences designed for spacious environments with full-body movement and advanced safety systems. Unlike home Virtual Reality (VR), you can walk, run, and explore without wires or walls in the way. Plus, our exclusive games—like Space Marine Virtual Reality (VR) and Outbreak—are only available at Zero Latency locations.

    Go big with Outbreak—our most immersive and popular game. It throws you into a chaotic world overrun by zombies. Intense, thrilling, and unforgettable.

No matter which you choose, you’re in for an incredible time!

Yes! Unless you book all 8 slots, you’ll likely be playing with other guests. Our Virtual Reality (VR) experiences are designed to be social, and more players means more fun! If you’d prefer a private session, simply book all 8 spots to have the arena exclusively for your group.

Our Virtual Reality (VR) arena supports 1 to 8 players per session, there’s no minimum requirement, and the maximum is 8. If you have a larger group, you can book multiple sessions or give us a call at (03) 8787 8741 and we’ll be happy to help arrange your booking.

No, you don’t have to worry about motion sickness with our Virtual Reality (VR). Every part of our system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality. Our Zero Latency system is designed for natural, full-body movement in a large-scale 1 to 1 space meaning what you see matches what your body. Because you’re physically walking through the environment, your brain isn’t tricked the way it often is with traditional Virtual Reality (VR)..

It is very rare to experience motion sickness with our setup, but if you’re concerned, feel free to chat with our team before your session.

Yes, all Virtual Reality (VR) Zero Latency guests must sign a waiver before participating. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf. A unique pre-registration link which includes the waiver is provided in your confirmation email. We strongly recommend completing it before you arrive to save time and get straight into the action.

Yes! All our games are playable in English, but some also support additional languages including: Japanese, Spanish, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Korean, Canadian French, Arabic, German, Italian, and Russian.
