What it looks like at Le Mans?

At Le Mans, accessibility isn’t a separate offering — it’s built into how the whole venue runs.

We’ve designed the space so you can move easily between activities, take your pick of what suits you, and actually be part of the experience. From accessible entry, lift access and facilities, through to how each activity is run, it’s all set up to remove friction and make things straightforward on the day.

More importantly, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every group is different. Whether that’s adjusting how an activity runs, guiding you toward the best options, or simply making sure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, our team is there to make it work.

Because at the end of the day, it’s about making sure you can actually enjoy your time here.

Activity Accessibility

There’s no one way to experience Le Mans — and that’s exactly how it should be.

Le Mans is built around shared experiences. It’s about getting involved, having a laugh, and finding your own way to enjoy the space — whether that’s jumping into the action or taking things at your own pace.

With a mix of activities across the venue, there are different ways to be part of it. You don’t have to do everything, and you don’t have to do it the same way as anyone else — the experience can be shaped around what feels right for you and your group.

Our team is here to help guide you toward the best options and make sure you feel confident getting involved.

Go Karting

Go Karting is one of our most exciting experiences, and it’s designed to be both fun and safe for everyone involved.

We offer Twin Karts, allowing a passenger to ride alongside an experienced driver — a great way to be part of the action without driving solo. For those driving, we can adjust kart speeds where appropriate, and our team is there to assist with getting in and out of the kart safely.

Safety is our number one priority, which means all sessions run to a structured format with clear briefings and supervision throughout. Because of this, there are certain requirements in place, and in some cases participation may not be suitable depending on individual circumstances.

If you’re unsure, contact our team on (03) 8787 8741 and we’ll help you find the best way to get involved.

Virtual Reality

Our Virtual Reality experiences are fully immersive and supported by staff throughout.

The arena is wheelchair accessible during off-peak times, when we have more flexibility to adapt the experience and provide additional support. You can pause or exit if needed, and we’ll help you choose a game that suits your comfort level.

Lasertag

Lasertag is a fast-paced, multi-level experience with flexible ways to take part.

The ground floor of the arena is wheelchair accessible, with ramp access available. Adjustments to lighting and sound levels can be made during off-peak times, where we have more control over how sessions run.

Our team can help guide you on the best way to experience the game based on your needs.

Mini Golf

Mini Golf is a more relaxed activity and an easy way to get involved.

The course includes 18 holes, with the final 9 holes being wheelchair accessible. These holes include some built-in features and level changes as part of the course design, which may impact manoeuvrability.

If you’re planning to visit with accessibility requirements, we recommend reaching out beforehand so we can talk through what to expect and help you plan your experience.

Arcadia

Arcadia is open and easy to move through, with wheelchair access throughout.

It can be a bright and noisy environment, particularly during busy periods, but offers the flexibility to engage at your own pace and choose games that suit you.

Sensory & Comfort

Le Mans can be high-energy, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

With multiple activities running across the venue, you’ve got options. Some are fast-paced and high-adrenaline, others are more relaxed — so you can choose what suits you and move through the experience in a way that feels comfortable.

During busy periods, the venue can be loud, fast-moving, and structured around set sessions. Activities like Go Karting and Lasertag run to schedule, and once they begin, they generally continue through without stopping.

If you’re looking for a quieter or more controlled experience, we recommend visiting midweek outside of school holidays. These times are less crowded, easier to navigate, and give you more space to take things at your own pace.

Choosing the right time to visit can make a big difference, and if you’re unsure, we’ll help you figure that out.

Planning your Visit

If you’re unsure about anything, the best thing you can do is reach out before you arrive — we’ll talk it through and help you plan a visit that works.

If you’re looking for the most flexibility and support, we recommend visiting midweek outside of school holidays. These times are quieter, which means more space, more control over pacing, and more opportunity for our team to adapt the experience where needed.

During peak periods, the venue can be busy, loud, and high-energy. Activities run to set sessions, so there’s less flexibility to pause, restart, or adjust once things are underway. If you’re visiting at these times, it’s worth being prepared for a faster-paced environment.

Safety is always our number one priority. Some activities have requirements or may not be suitable depending on individual circumstances, and in certain cases this can limit participation. We’ll always be upfront about this and guide you toward the best options available on the day.

That said, we genuinely enjoy hosting and making things work. With a bit of planning, we can usually find the right mix of activities and timing to suit you and your group.

The more we know ahead of time, the better we can tailor the experience — so if you have specific requirements, let us know and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
