Yes! Our VR headsets are designed to fit most standard-sized glasses, so you can play comfortably. However, larger frames may not fit properly. We recommend booking a Virtual Reality session and trying it out in person—you might even find that you prefer playing without your glasses.

The full VR experience takes approximately 1 hour, including arrival, registration, a briefing, and a short debrief at the end. The in-game VR portion itself lasts for 30 minutes.

Virtual Reality, or VR, is a fully immersive experience that places you inside a simulated 3D environment with enemies—whether it’s realistic or entirely out of this world, is depending on your game choice. Using a VR headset and a VR gun, you’ll be able to interact with your surroundings and face off against virtual enemies in a truly engaging, hands-on, 3D interactive, fully immersive experience.

When booking VR, all games are available at every time slot—but only one game can be played per session. It works on a “first in, best dressed” basis, meaning the first person to book a session chooses the game (e.g., Outbreak), and anyone else joining that session will play the same game.

Virtual Reality may not be suitable for everyone. Guests with certain conditions—such as pre-existing injuries, pregnancy, mobility challenges, or heart conditions, might be unable to participate. If you’re unsure about your suitability, please contact our reservations team at (03) 8787 8741.

When booking Zero Latency Virtual Reality (VR), the time you select is your scheduled Virtual Reality (VR) arrival time. Please arrive promptly at that time to ensure you can enjoy the full experience.

The main difference is Zero Latency Virtual Reality (VR) offers large-scale, free-roam experiences designed for spacious environments with full-body movement and advanced safety systems. Unlike home Virtual Reality (VR), you can walk, run, and explore without wires or walls in the way. Plus, our exclusive games—like Space Marine Virtual Reality (VR) and Outbreak—are only available at Zero Latency locations.

Yes! Unless you book all 8 slots, you’ll likely be playing with other guests. Our Virtual Reality (VR) experiences are designed to be social, and more players means more fun! If you’d prefer a private session, simply book all 8 spots to have the arena exclusively for your group.

Our Virtual Reality (VR) arena supports 1 to 8 players per session, there’s no minimum requirement, and the maximum is 8. If you have a larger group, you can book multiple sessions or give us a call at (03) 8787 8741 and we’ll be happy to help arrange your booking.

No, you don’t have to worry about motion sickness with our Virtual Reality (VR). Every part of our system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality. Our Zero Latency system is designed for natural, full-body movement in a large-scale 1 to 1 space meaning what you see matches what your body. Because you’re physically walking through the environment, your brain isn’t tricked the way it often is with traditional Virtual Reality (VR)..

It is very rare to experience motion sickness with our setup, but if you’re concerned, feel free to chat with our team before your session.

Yes, all Virtual Reality (VR) Zero Latency guests must sign a waiver before participating. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf. A unique pre-registration link which includes the waiver is provided in your confirmation email. We strongly recommend completing it before you arrive to save time and get straight into the action.
